transparent background?

ok, on a new fanlisting I am making, i want to know if any one knows how to make the background color of a webpage transparent? the page is opening up in a frame, so i want the layout to be the background. i don't know if that makes sense. but here is the URL of the fanlisting, then maybe it will make sense. http://www.geocities.com/kennychesney001/index.html

so i want the background color of the updates page to be transparent so the layout pattern shows through. is that possible? if so does anyone know how i would do that?

uuh I think you just have to put something like <bgcolor: "transparent"> or something like that, the background is transparent on my Matthew Josten fanlisting bu Twinkle did it for me

Yes it is possible.
That's not so difficult, but I cant do it right now because I dont have Internet at home (and I'm really busy), I'm sorry, I'll tell you when I get some time for this.
