and I want to install Cutenews because I have co-webbis so that they can post updates online you know.

I tried to code everything by myself, i put a css file in it (this one: http://fan-sites.org/loupucci/style3.css) but I've got some problems to code it.
What I want to do is to overline the title of the news, just like that http://www.ian-daily.com/ but I don't know how to do that, I know that's a code to put in the css file, so I put thta in it: {title}
but it doesn't work, .....because I didn't really know if my code was right and i didn't know where to put it and how.
Could someone who's good at that help me to code it? I really tried everything bu it didn't work and it looks horrible without anythign with the title :s
