go on your "profile" then go down and you'll see the stuff to put an avatar and you'll have an icon saying "show gallery" click on it and there will be a few avs
OR you can go on ODRESOURCE in mdia/avatars and choose the one you want you make a right click/properties/and then you copy/past the URL of the pic here
